A tiny Jumping Spider on the rain-drop stained hood of my truck.

A wonderful week of wildlife.

All creatures great and small.

It’s been a great week both in the water, as well as out and about on land. Wildlife photography has been plentiful!

I had a gorgeous green jumping spider sat on the hood of my truck. Fortunately, he stayed there long enough for me to shoot indoors to grab my camera and 200mm Macro lens.wallaby-magnetic-island

Whilst out shooting the yachts during the Magnetic Island Race Week, I spotted this little Black-Toed Rock Wallaby enjoying a sunbeam.

Soaring overhead, one of the resident Sea Eagles stayed circling the area for quite a while. I was also able to get a few nice shots of him (or her) too.sea-eagle-magnetic-island

huntsman-spider-magnetic-islandEven when I’m home in the back yard, and with no ‘proper’ camera in hand, my trusty iPhone is more than capable. I shot a great close-up of a rather large Huntsman Spider that was sat on the edge of my campfire grill (obviously it wasn’t over a camp-fire at the time though!).

Over the next week, I will be in the water a bit more again, as the conditions are looking great. I’ll be out shooting underwater too. If this is something you’d be keen to try, please contact me.

I look forward to shooting some amazing images with you soon.

Happy snapping..!

Kobie.
